BOOKING

            The accommodation consists of a large south-facing  lounge complete

             with a 3-piece suite, occasional tables, colour TV, DVD etc.

             A large dining / family room with TV, seating and a dining table 

            which can seat 6 comfortably.  A supply of books and games are

            supplied  for your enjoyment.  This  leads to a recently refurbished

             fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge / freezer, washing machine,       

             drier and microwave. The back door leads to a fully enclosed garden

             with lawn  and borders which has a patio with table and chairs.

            There are 3 bedrooms. A double, a twin and a single. The double

                & twin  rooms both have wash hand basins. All have ample storage

                and are well  furnished. A mattress is available under one of the twin 

                beds and will  be  made up to accommodate a 6th guest if required.   

               There is a bathroom fitted with bath with instant shower, WC & 

                         WHB and downstairs a 2nd WC & WHB. 

                        The house has full gas central heating which supplies the

                        hot water.  Duvets, pillows, bed linen and tea towels are provided, 

                       although guests are  asked to bring their own towels.
