Deposit on all dates - £95

A non refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is

 due 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit

 only will be forfeited up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, and 60% cost of

holiday if less than 6 weeks. For cancellation within 7 days of

arrival there will be no refund, unless house is relet.

Guests are requested to arrive after 3.00pm and to vacate the 

accommodation by 10.00am on day of departure.

A RETURNABLE deposit of £50 is to be paid with the final balance to cover breakages etc. Breakages are payable in full. It would be appreciated if you would leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. Use of the property is at the hirer’s own risk and no liability shall fall on the proprietor for injury to the occupants or for loss of personal property belonging to the occupants. The returnable deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
